Our Brand Story

Design Concept: Using the tail feathers of the golden pheasant in the Miao batik work as the main picture, which is called ndeib jant lax (get see blue, meaning batik cloth) in the eastern dialect of the Miao language, this ancient and mysterious art form carries the deep historical and cultural heritage of the Miao people.

【Rooted in tradition, guarding the artisanal heart】
Batik is the “fingertip epic” inherited by the Miao people in Guizhou from generation to generation, using beeswax as the ink and indigo as the soul.
Using beeswax as the ink and indigo as the soul, it outlines the spirits of the landscape and the beliefs of the ethnic groups with a single brushstroke. We have cooperated with the non-hereditary inheritors from the villages in the deep mountains of Guizhou, and strictly followed the ancient craftsmanship, preserving the original handmade essence of each process, from making boards, drawing wax, dipping and dyeing, to dewaxing, to ensure the originality of the non-hereditary techniques and the integrity of the cultural genes.

【Empowering Innovation, Dialogue with the Contemporary Generation】
While adhering to the tradition, we reconstruct the aesthetics of non-heritage with modern design language. Batik's ice-crack texture, totem symbols
Batik's ice crack texture and totem symbols are transformed into clothing, home decorations, art ornaments and high-end cultural gifts that meet modern aesthetics.

【Responsibility First, Symbiosis and Win-Win】
We take the “living heritage of non-heritage” as our responsibility and build a sustainable ecological chain of “enterprise + workshop + farmers”.
Ecological chain. Through order cooperation, we have driven hundreds of craftsmen in remote areas of Guizhou to work at home, helping rural revitalization and cultural poverty alleviation. Each product not only carries the beauty of non-heritage, but also holds our commitment to national cultural heritage and traditional handicrafts.
